Full refund up to 60 days before the event. 50% refund up to 30 days. No refunds within 30 days, but you can transfer your ticket to another person for free.

Attendees must be 18+ with valid ID. Day 1 is 16+ with a guardian. Some after-party events are strictly 21+.

Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, reusable water bottle (refill stations available), phone charger, and your ticket QR code. No professional cameras or outside food/beverages.

The show goes on! Main Stage and Temple Stage are fully covered. Beach and Forest stages have shelter zones. We provide complimentary rain ponchos. Tropical rain in Bali is usually brief and magical.
